We was looking for a freelance illustrator and cartoonist to work with us upon project base. Would you please provide us with your portfolio " We want to see any business-like managment-like illustration you have done before " and also you drawing rates keeping in mind we are a new magazine and we still doesn't have a big budget !! ?!
